Once in a while I crave an acai bowl. Variations are endless and that’s the fun part in making them. No need to follow this recipe, you can experiment until you find your perfect one! But don’t forget to share yours, cause every inspiration maters.
Ingredients smoothie:
- Half a banana
- Hand full frozen red fruit
- 1oo ml Soya yogurt or normal yogurt
- 2 tbsp Protein powder (optional)
- Soya milk/water/milk
Topping ingredients:
- Chopped walnuts
- Cacao powder
- Frozen blueberries
- Half a banana
- Flaxseeds
- Coconut chunks
- Mint leaves
Preparation:
- Blend the smoothie ingredients together and add soya milk until desired thickness.
- Pour it in a bowl and top it off. Create something beautiful if you have time. If not just throw in as much toppings as possible! That is what I do nine out of ten times. Enjoy!
